Refund policy

We offer free worldwide returns. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchange possibility. If you wish to exchange a product to a different size or color, you can easily do so by placing a new order on the website and returning the other product for a refund.

This way you will avoid unnecessary delays in receiving the exchanged product or the risk of the item being out of stock.

You have the right to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund. All returned items must be unworn in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

You will find a return form in the envelope inside your package. Fill out the form, put it inside the package with the items you wish to return, and place the return-shipping label (for packages shipped by Posti/Postnord/DHL/UPS) on the box over the prior delivery information.

Drop off the package at your nearest PostNord or Posti pick up point (in Finland and EU) or DHL/UPS pick-up point, or schedule a pick up with the DHL/UPS driver.

Detailed return instructions by shipping partner

PostNord

If the parcel includes a return address label, attach the return label to the package. Make sure that the barcode is clearly readable on a flat surface. You can return the shipment to any PostNord service point.

If the parcel includes a return code, you can return the package by writing the code (eight digits) and your name on the package and taking it to a PostNord service point or parcel locker. At the moment, returns using a code are not possible via PostNord Lähiboksi.

Posti

You can return the shipment via a Posti service point. Attach the Customer Return address label provided by us to the parcel, or write our return code 685198 clearly on the package, and take the shipment to Posti.

Budbee

Go to your order details in the Budbee app or open the pickup notification you received via text message, and click “Book a return.” Choose the locker where you want to return your items. After confirming, you have two hours to go to the locker, open it using the PIN code you received, and place your parcel inside. If you’re unable to make it in time, you can create a new return booking via the tracking link or in the Budbee app.

If your Budbee order was delivered in multiple parcels, all parcels must be received before a return can be initiated.

Budbee home delivery: Please note that a successful return via Budbee requires the original shipping box with the delivery label clearly readable. If the original packaging is not available or the label cannot be read, please contact our customer service, contact@makiaclothing.com.

DHL

You can easily return a parcel delivered via DHL Express by attaching the return label included in the package over the original shipping label.

After that, you can find your nearest DHL service point and drop off the parcel there, or schedule a pickup at a time and location that suits you.
