The collaboration between Makia and Kummeli continues, bigger and more beautiful than ever. The Kummeli Forevercollection, which includes both clothing and home products, is our tribute to the sketches and characters that have left a lasting mark on Finnish humor.
At the same time, the collection celebrates the life’s work of Heikki Silvennoinen, whose creativity has brought countless moments of laughter to so many of us. Heikki’s touch lives on in this collection as well, even though fate intervened during the design process. That’s where the name of the collection comes from: no matter what happens, the unforgettable characters and sketches live on forever.

This time the Kummeli collection features more than apparel. The Kummeli Forever collaboration’s home collection includes duvet cover sets, towels, coffee mugs, and more. The prints pay tribute to the characters and bits that changed the Finnish sense of humor for good.

Hessu Hockey Grant
If there was something dear to Hessu, it was junior ice hockey. Hessu himself was absolutely terrible at it, but that didn’t stop him from loving the sport.
Together with Icehearts, an organization specialized in preventive childcare work through sports, we are dedicating a part of Kummeli Forever collaboration’s profits to a hockey scholarship that carries Hessu’s name – alongside his passion for the game. The Hessu Hockey Grant will be used to help underprivileged kids participate in ice hockey.
Matti Grönberg – the man behind Kummeli
Matti Grönberg is one of the key figures behind Finnish comedy, serving as the director and producer of the legendary Kummeli series. His touch can be seen throughout the world of Kummeli – in the way the absurd became ordinary, and the ordinary turned hilarious.
