Important information

The shipping times stated here are only estimates, and are dependent on the shipping location. Shipping times are counted from they day your order has been processed. We cannot guarantee delivery within the estimate time, and are not responsible for any delays. We aim to process your order within the next working day, but during busy times this might take longer. Working days do not include the weekends (Sat and Sun) or any national holidays.

Customers from non-EU countries are exempt from paying the Finnish VAT when they place their order, but are responsible for possible customs, local VAT and similar expenses in their own country. Please note that we are unable to calculate these possible expenses at checkout. Please contact your local customs official if you need help calculating customs duties and local VAT for your order.

Returns

We offer free worldwide returns.

You have the right to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order either for a refund or an exchange. All returned items must be unworn in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

You can return your items in the RePack packaging.

You will find a return form in the envelope inside your package. Fill out the form, put it inside the package with the items you wish to return, and place the return-shipping label (for packages shipped by Postnord/DHL/UPS) on the box over the prior delivery information.
For packages delivered by DB Schenker, please leave the original shipping label on the package or provide the pick up point’s personnel with the code found on the email/text message sent by DB Schenker upon the package’s arrival.
Drop off the package at your nearest PostNord/DB Schenker pick up point (in Finland) or DHL/UPS pick-up point, or schedule a pick up with the DHL/UPS driver.

Also, make sure you are sending your return to the above address, not to the address written in the RePack address flap. We are unable to process your return if it is sent to the wrong address.

The address attached to your RePack is meant for empty RePack returns, not for returning products. Make sure to use the above return address and prepaid return-shipping label, or we will be unable to process your return.
