Usually, having pizza on your shirt is the result of a mealtime gone sideways. This time, we put it there on purpose.
The history of pizza can be traced back to antiquity when the Romans started adding toppings to focaccia, the Italian flatbread. And somewhere around the 18th and 19th centuries, the first modern pizzas were baked in Naples, Italy. So, it is safe to say that people have loved pizza for centuries.
Now, as the colder season has arrived, we have turned to Italian cuisine for warmth and comfort: the renowned Quattro Stagioni, the juicy margarita, and the deliciously cheesy pepperoni. Our pizza drop includes six easy-to-wear items, such as t-shirts, long sleeves, and sweatshirts.
To celebrate the pizza drop, we headed to Finland’s only certified Neapolitan pizzeria, Via Tribunali, to enjoy some tasty Neapolitan pizza. Selected as the world’s 25th-best artisan pizza chain by the Italian Top 50 Pizza Guide, Via Tribunali makes their pizzas with a Neapolitan oven and all-Italian products. The result is a mouth-watering and authentic pizza experience.
But the most critical question remains: does pineapple belong on pizza?
