10th of October marks the World Mental Health Day. CupOfTherapy tackles heavy topics in a gentle and accessible way. To support this important cause, together with CupOfTherapy we created a collection of print shirts for the whole family.
10th of October marks the World Mental Health Day. This is a day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma. CupOfTherapy gives a warm bear hug by combining heartwarming illustrations with thoughtful texts that deal with mental wellbeing. Illustrations share important messages like; it’s normal to face problems and you’re enough just the way you are.
CupOfTherapy was created in 2017 by psychotherapists Antti Ervasti and Elina Rehmonen together with awarded illustrator and graphic designer Matti Pikkujämsä.

The Makia X CupOfTherapy collection is now available at our website & Makia Flagship Store Helsinki. Part of the proceedings of this collaboration will be donated to support children’s mental health and their families’ everyday life through HUS children’s hospital.
