This capsule is a celebration of those years of unforgettable nights – and pays tribute to the place that established itself as the go-to hangout for all walks of life, from investment bankers to students.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe capsule’s prints feature some of the hallmarks of a proper night out at Kaarle XII, from the restaurant’s logo to the Jugendstil-style building itself. And of course we had to include the glass painting overlooking the restaurant’s stairwell. Over the last fifty years, that painting has witnessed a whole tapestry of nightlife unfold: merrymakers climbing the staircase with high hopes and big plans, strangers forging friendships that would last a lifetime, and the occasional tumbling-down-the-stairs with a newfound sense of humility.
